My Account Is Suspended, What Do I Do?

You may have received an email notification that your account has been suspended for non-payment that looks similar to this:

 

If you click the "Click here to pay your invoices" button, you will be directed to log into your Glance account.

 

Your dashboard will look similar to this:

 

 

1.) Click the "Pay" link next to the invoices that say "PAST DUE" to be brought to the payment screen.

 

 

2.) If you have a payment method already saved to your account, you can select the "Pay with saved card" button at the top.

 

3.) If you do not have a valid payment method on file, you can enter your payment information in the area labeled #3.

 

4.) Save your credit card information for recurring monthly invoices to avoid missing payments (optionally you can opt out of auto-payments and manage monthly payments, but your account may be suspended again if you do not log in and pay on time).

 

5.) Click to submit your payment.
