Do I need an Access Card or the Mobile App?

If the charger you are attempting to use does not have a QR code label or LCD screen, as shown below, an access card will be required.

The mobile app is not required if using Access card. QR Charging and Acces Card charing are handled independently. Please feel free to delete the app if it is no longer needed.

Please note: All chargers feature a QR code located near the serial number, as shown below. Please note that scanning this QR code does not initiate or enable charging.
